These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Winline mobile application (the "App") and the website winline.guardini-place.site (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Winline is a fantasy football squad manager built for quick, satisfying matchdays. The App allows you to:

• Scout players across four positions and assemble an 11-player lineup within your budget.
• Choose formations (4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 4-2-3-1) and play styles; set captain, pressing, width, and tempo.
• Watch animated live match simulation with goals, penalties, and full-time results.
• Earn Arena Credits from wins and reinvest in stronger signings.

No account registration is required. All progress is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Arena Credits and No Real-Money Gambling

Winline is not a gambling or betting product.

• Arena Credits: Arena Credits are an in-game currency only and have no real monetary value. They cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Virtual gameplay only: Match results, league standings, and manager statistics have no real-world cash value.
• No wagering: The App does not accept stakes on real-world sporting events.

4. Eligibility

Winline is suitable for all ages where permitted by local law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats or exploits to manipulate match results, Arena Credits, or statistics.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Redistribute game content or the App without permission.

6. Local Data and Progress

Your squad, budget, match results, and preferences are stored only on your device. You may delete all data by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, reset, or uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, logos, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by Malmins Butikk or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that saved data will always be recoverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Malmins Butikk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree that the courts of Norway shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
